LAC Talent Program launching soon
Lundén Architecture Company (LAC) will soon launch a new Talent Program for architecture students and recent graduates interested in exploring the possibilities different domains of architecture can offer.
As a young architect Eero Lundén, founder of LAC, had the opportunity to observe the diverse aspects of the architecture practice under the guidance of more experienced people in the profession during a six-month period at Behnisch Architekten in Stuttgart. Many of the architects in the LAC office today share similar experiences from the early years of their career. Now it is time to pay it forward and offer the same chance for learning by doing to the next generation of future architects. Inspired by the opportunity that they got to enjoy, Eero and his peers at LAC now want to open the doors of the office and welcome students to join the team for a period of four months.
During the four-month period, participants in the program will work with two different Studios in the office. We invite them to be part of the design team and to experience how the design process works from one stage to the next. The program gives them a chance to see all aspects of the work in an architecture office. Applying in practice what they have learned in school, the participants can start exploring how they can contribute to shaping the future that we build today.
The program includes a stipend and is open to applicants from Finland and the rest of the EU. The working language in the office is English.
