“Kraali” wins Kuloistenniitty competition in Raisio

We are excited to share that our proposal “Kraali” has been selected as the winner of the Kuloistenniitty area competition. The competition was organized by the City of Raisio and the proposal was done in collaboration with YIT.

The competition asked for two apartment buildings of high quality architecture and unique identity. “Kraali” was praised by the jury especially for its innovative apartments and ecological solutions.

One of the key points of the proposal lies in the yard that merges with the adjoining forest to create a safe, green communal space between the two buildings to encourage encounters between people.
